From carrying lanterns through the streets to witnessing breathtaking processions and performances, Lantern Matsuri and Gion Matsuri offered a glimpse into the heart and soul of Japanese culture. The program consists of interaction with Japanese students and hands-on Japanese traditional culture experiences incl. Budo, the Japanese martial arts.
